#### Following enhancements have been made to the Fortinet FortiGuard Threat Intelligence Connector in version 3.1.3:

This release brings significant security improvements with upgrades to the OpenSSL library and Python's requests-pkcs12 package:  

- OpenSSL updated to the latest version 3.7, addressing known vulnerabilities and strengthening cryptographic protocols. 

- Upgraded the requests-pkcs12 Python package to address incompatibility of the older package with the new OpenSSL version. 

- Fixed an issue with enrichment playbooks that caused them to fail when a default configuration was not specified.
